Strawberry Cookies

Hello my cookie lovers! Here is my signatured Strawberry Cookies Recipe
Strawberry is probably one of the most commonly used flavors, that is after the chocolate of course, but have you ever stopped and smelled a real strawberry? Well when I baked these cookies the most impressive thing for me was how strong the smell of the emulsion was. At first I was scared that the cookies were going to have a artificial flavor or weird fake (store bought) taste, even though I know how strawberries smell, I took out a fresh strawberry from the fridge... and the smell was very different compared to the emulsion, however and Thanks to the dough gods, this recipe is delicious and smells amazing.
Fair warning, your kitchen is about to smell like Strawberries 🍓!!!!
- 2 Butter Sticks (Salted, Room Temperature)
- 3/4 Cup Powder Sugar
- 1 L Egg
- 3 1/4 Cups Flour (All Purpose)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Emulsion
The step by step for this Strawberry Cookies recipe is available on Instagram TV, link bellow.
BTW, this is my first video and it's a little rough...

STRAWBERRY EMULSION: LorAnn is available in our shop, perfect for Strawberry Cookies, you can also add natural strawberries but recommend using the emulsion for this strawberry cookies to get a nice color and more taste.
ROYAL ICING FLAVOR: Vanilla for sure, you can use lemon too for a pink lemonade cookies.
