Do you offer Custom Cookie Cutters?
We offer custom designs starting at $10 per cutter design. Please contact us at sales@periwinklescutters.com or complete our custom request FORM
Can I Cancel my order?
You may be able to cancel your order within the first 2 hours of placing your order for a full refund or after 24 with a 15% Cancellation fee, If your order has shipped or has been added to our printing queue you will not be able to cancel it. All our cutters and supplies are final sale, no returns allowed. If you have any question or damaged items we are happy to help.
How long will it take for my order to be ready to ship?
Please refer to our home page to have an estimate on how many business days (Monday - Friday) your order will take to be ready, please understand this is an estimate and your order can be ready at any time within the timeframe we have established. The processing time does not include Shipping time.
Can I rush my order?
You have the option to have your order ready between 24 - 48 hours after your purchased is confirmed. There is a rush fee depending of the cutter quantity you want to order. If you are ordering a set please refer to how many cutters this set includes before selecting the FEE or we may cancel your order if the quantity does not correspond to the FEE you selected. If you placed your order before you added the Rush Fee, you can always place a new order with just the Rush Fee, please make sure you add a note with your order number or send us an email immediately at sales@periwinklescutters.com, rush can take between 24 to 48 hours to be process on business days, if your order was placed during the weekend or holiday the timeframe begins at 8am the following business day.
Do you offer STL Files?
At the moment we don't have a designated listing for STL files but we can accommodate your request via email at sales@periwinklescutters.com , please include the size and the link of as many files you are requesting, all STL files are for personal use and cannot be shared (please understand we are an small business and we may be losing profit if you decide to share our files with your cookie friends or mass produce our copyrighted designs). STL files don't include any recommendation or setting suggestion, we do not provided technical support for your home 3D printer in order to use our STL files.
How are the cutters measured?
The size of all cutters is determined by the widest or longest side according to the following measurements:
How long can it take for my order to arrive after it's shipped?
It will depend on your shipping service selection. We offer USPS First Class, Priority and Overnight Mail along with UPS and DHL.
Can I add more items to my existing order?
We will be happy to combine your orders and refund any extra shipping charged. We do our best effort to combine orders but if your last order was placed 24 hours or more after your first order, depending on our processing time, we might no be able to combine them. We aren't able to combine orders if your order has been marked as shipped.
How should I wash my cutters?
We recommend washing your cutters by hand with lukewarm water and dish soap, let them dry before storing. Life Happens! If you have an accident we can help you with a replacement for a fixed fee plus shipping. Please contact us.
What happens if I receive a damage item or my order is lost?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days after your order was marked as delivered. We are not responsible for lost packages if your order does not have insurance due to Free Shipping or First Class Mail. Please contact your post office as soon as you realized your order was delivered but is not inside your mailbox or on your front door.
May I use your clipart and designs to promote my cookie business?
Of course! You may use our designs and clipart picture from our website as long as you are also buying the cutters from us. The main reason we take the time to make cute clipart is for you to use them as a reference or to promote your incoming cookie sales, so we will be happy to see our designs featured on your business page or social media - please tag us for a shoutout ;).
Can I use my cutter to make Pancakes?
No, your pretty cutters need to stay away from heat, they are made out of a plant base and food safe plastic, so they will lose their shape as soon as they come in contact with high temperatures, however you can use your cutters to cut out sandwiches made out of sliced bread or to cut those pancakes after they have cooled down, you can also use your cutters to cut fondant, clay and other things that are not hot.
