Estimated shipping times
Standard shipping time in North America: 1-5 business days.
Shipping time is subject to the selected carrier at checkout. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen.
Once the package has been turned in to the carrier you can follow its progress through their website using the tracking number provided. Keep in mind that we have access to the same information you do.Customs and Import taxes
Damaged Items or Missing items
Custom orders will be processed as soon as they are received and in the order received.
We are not responsible for items delayed in transit by the carrier.
We do not accept returns on Cookie Cutters (No exceptions)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as a store credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
