Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For up to date information on our current processing time please refer to the top of the page.

 

Estimated shipping times

Standard shipping time in North America: 1-5 business days.
Shipping time is subject to the selected carrier at checkout. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen.

 

Once the package has been turned in to the carrier you can follow its progress through their website using the tracking number provided. Bare in mind that we have access to the same information you do.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Custom Cutters

You should allow ample time for custom orders to be designed, reviewed and printed before placing your order.

Custom orders will be processed as soon as they are received in the order they are received.

We are not responsible for items delayed in transit by the carrier.

 

Damaged Items or missing items

In case you receive a broken, damage or missing items, we ask that you get in touch with us within 48-72 hours of delivery date provided by the carrier.

 

Refunds - Order Cancelations

Refunds and/or order cancelation are only allowed within two hours of order placement. For further assistance, please see our contact us section.

Returns
We do not accept returns for Custom Cookie Cutters (No exceptions)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as a store credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at periwinklescutters@gmail.com

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
