Strawberry Cookies

Posted by Jahnny Silverio on

Hello my cookie lovers!

I can't believe that I'm writing my first ever blog, the excitement is tremendous right now, lol. This recipe is the first of what I hope becomes a monthly resource for us to try something new. With this I'm looking to step out of my comfort zone and I invite you to come with me, so what better way to do that than experimenting with new flavors and trying something different.

Strawberry is probably one of the most commonly used flavors, that is after the chocolate of course, but have you ever stopped and smelled a real strawberry? Well when I baked these cookies the most impressive thing for me was how strong the smell of the emulsion was. At first I was scared that the cookies were going to have a artificial flavor or weird fake (store bought) taste, even though I know how strawberries smell, I took out a fresh strawberry from the fridge... and the smell was very different compared to the emulsion, however and Thanks to the dough gods, this recipe is delicious and smells amazing.

Fair warning, your kitchen is about to smell like Strawberries 🍓!!!!

Strawberry Cookies Recipe:
  • 2 Butter Sticks (Salted, Room Temperature)

  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Strawberry Emulsion

The step by step for this recipe is available on Instagram TV, link bellow.

BTW, this is my first video and it's a little rough...
